When we started extrakt.AI, we knew automation couldn’t happen without clean, quality data. That’s why we focused on ensuring supply chains could operate with structured, reliable data, no matter the format, across familiar systems.
Our primary mission was to extract, process, and unify data with 100% accuracy across invoices, purchase orders, contracts, shipment notices, and more - whether these came as a photo, a document, or even hidden in an email thread.
From our previous experience with enterprises dealing with high-volume operations we knew that the traditional ways of working could not accommodate the massive flows of information supply chains area dealing with on a daily basis.
Working closely with clients and partners over the past 18 months confirmed what we had anticipated at the start of our automation journey. While cleaning up corporate data is just one part of the equation, supply chains need more than that - they need systemic transformation, and we are now ready to help them achieve it.
One of the key things we’ve learned is that complexity has increased exponentially, not just because of the volume of data and its inherently poor quality, but also because of a “locked-in” experience generated by a mix of patterns and challenges.
With all these findings in mind, we chose to expand our platform’s capability and rebrand from extrakt.AI to Nordoon. Not to move away from data extraction and processing, but to build on such clean, high-quality data the end-to-end automation solutions that supply chains need to change these patterns.
